Digital Products & Online Programmes Policy

This policy applies to digital products, online programmes, recorded webinars, downloadable resources and other digital materials offered through this website by Nathan Dunleavy ~ Founder/Director of The Dog Walking Business Mentor Ltd. and The Pet Business Wellbeing Mentor Ltd.

Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products and online programmes are delivered electronically. Access to programme materials, downloads or recordings may be provided immediately after purchase via email, a secure platform, or another digital delivery method.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the email address provided at checkout is correct and that they are able to access digital content using an appropriate device and internet connection.

Waiver of 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers normally have a 14-day right to cancel purchases made online.

However, when purchasing digital content that is made available immediately, customers may be asked to consent to immediate access and acknowledge that doing so waives their right to cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period.

This consent will normally be confirmed during the checkout process.

Refunds for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products and instant access to materials, refunds are not available once access to the digital content has been granted, unless the product is faulty or not delivered as described.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1:1 Mentoring Sessions

Rescheduling

If a client needs to reschedule a mentoring session, at least 48 hours’ notice should be provided where possible.

Sessions cancelled with sufficient notice may be rescheduled to another mutually agreed time.

Late Cancellations

Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be forfeited at the discretion of Nathan Dunleavy, unless exceptional circumstances apply.

Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided for completed mentoring sessions. If a client has purchased a package of sessions and wishes to discontinue, this will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Any refund offered will normally be based on the remaining unused sessions.

Online Programmes

Online programmes may include live sessions, recorded materials, workbooks or other digital resources.

Due to the nature of digital access and programme delivery, refunds are generally not available once programme access has been granted.

If a programme includes live sessions and a participant is unable to attend, recordings may be provided where available.

Digital Products

Digital products such as downloadable resources, recorded webinars or online materials are non-refundable once access has been granted, unless the product is faulty or not delivered as described.

Exceptional Circumstances

In certain situations, Nathan Dunleavy may offer alternative solutions such as rescheduling, partial refunds, or future credits at his discretion.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under UK law.

Pet Pro Wellbeing Reset – Programme Terms & Conditions

Programme access may be provided immediately after purchase.

Behaviour and Respectful Participation
